CALL TO ORDER
Chair Mulder called the Conference Committee meeting to order at
3:20 p.m.

HB 103 and HB 104 were HELD in Committee for further
consideration.
Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee
amounts for the Department of Fish and Game (see motion sheets).
Chair Mulder pointed out that $10 thousand dollars would go to
the advisory boards for game in item 2.
Senator Donley noted that item 3 provides funding for the Kenai
River biologist to replace Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Settlement
funds that are no longer available.
Senator Donley explained that item 4 changes the fund source from
interagency receipt types. Item 5 authorized additional funding
for oil and gas permitting expenses.
There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
HB 103 and HB 104 were HELD in Committee for further
consideration.
