  Senator  Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair,  convened the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:05 a.m.

  In  addition to  Co-chair Pearce, Senators  Sharp, Phillips,                 
  Donley, Torgerson, Parnell  and Adams were present  when the                 
  meeting convened.                                                            
                                                                               
  ALSO ATTENDING:   Stuart  C. Hall,  Ombudsman; and  aides to

  A presentation was conducted by the OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN.
