  CALL TO ORDER                                                                
                                                                               
  Senator  Drue  Pearce,  Co-chair,  convened the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 4:32 p.m.                                                      
                                                                               
  PRESENT                                                                      
                                                                               
  In addition  to Co-chair  Pearce, Senators  Sharp, Phillips,                 
  Torgerson, Parnell and  Adams were present when  the meeting                 
  convened.  Senator Donley did not attend.                                    
                                                                               
  ALSO ATTENDING:  Randy Welker, Legislative Auditor, Division                 
  of  Legislative Audit;  Merle Jensen,  Assistant Legislative                 
  Auditor, Division  of Legislative Audit;  Jim Griffin, Audit                 
  Manager,  Division   of  Legislative  Audit;   Mike  Greany,                 
  Director, Division  of Legislative Finance;  Dave Tonkovich,                 
  Virginia  Stonkus  and  Gretchen  Mannix,  Fiscal  Analysts,                 
  Division  of  Legislative  Finance; and  aides  to committee
