  Co-chairman   Steve   Frank   convened    the   meeting   at                 
  approximately 9:10 a.m.                                                      
                                                                               
  PRESENT                                                                      
                                                                               
  In addition to  Co-chairman Frank, Senators Jacko  and Sharp                 
  were present.  Senator Rieger arrived  as the meeting was in                 
  progress and Senator  Kerttula was present for  a portion of                 
  the meeting.    Co-chair Pearce  and Senator  Kelly did  not                 
  attend.
