  Senator  Steve  Frank,  Co-chair,  convened the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:10 a.m.

  In  addition to  Co-chairman  Steve  Frank, Senators  Jacko,                 
  Kelly, Kerttula, Rieger,  and Sharp were present.   Co-chair                 
  Drue Pearce arrived soon after the meeting began.

  HB 55     -    Act making appropriations  for the  operating                 
  and loan            program expenses of state government and                 
                      to capitalize funds;  and providing  for                 
                      an effective date.                                       
                                                                               
                 FY   94   Operating  Budget   overviews  were
