  Senator  Steve Frank,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:10 a.m.

  and  Sharp were present.   Co-chair Senator  Drue Pearce and                 
  Senator  Rieger  arrived  as the  meeting  was  in progress.
