  Senator  Halford  called  the meeting  of  the  Committee on                 
  Committees to order at 1:50 p.m.                                             
                                                                               
  Senator  Taylor  moved  that Senator  Leman  replace Senator                 
  Halford on the  Community &  Regional Affairs Committee  and                 
  that Senator Sharp  replace Senator Pearce on  the Labor and                 
  Commerce Committee.   Hearing no  objection, Senator Halford                 
  stated the motion had carried.                                               
                                                                               
  There was  a brief  discussion between  Senator Zharoff  and                 
  Senator Halford on Rule  (1)(e) of the Uniform Rules  and if                 
  and when it  has been  followed.  Senator  Halford said  the                 
  only  time it has applied  in the Senate  in the last decade                 
  was in 1983 and 1984, and it wasn't followed.                                
                                                                               
  Senator Pearce moved that the Committee on Committees Report                 
  be passed  out to the  full body for  it approval.   Senator                 
  Zharoff objected.  A hand vote  was taken with the following                 
  result:  Senators  Halford, Pearce, Taylor, and  Jacko voted                 
  "yea"; Senator Zharoff voted "nay".   Senator Halford stated                 
  the motion had carried.                                                      
                                                                               
  There being  no other business to come before the committee,                 
  the meeting was adjourned at 1:52 p.m.
