CALL TO ORDER
Chair Gary Wilken convened the meeting at approximately 12:34:45

HB 365-APPROP: OPERATING BUDGET/LOANS/FUNDS
HB 366-APPROP: MENTAL HEALTH BUDGET
The Committee reached agreements on items subject to conference
for the Department of Administration, the Department of
Commerce, Community and Economic Development, the Department of
Labor and Workforce Development, and the Department of Law. The
bill was held in Committee.

Representative Chenault offered a motion to adopt the Senate
versions of Items 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and the House of
Representatives version of Item 4.
There was no objection and the indicated amounts were ADOPTED.

Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development
No action was taken on Items 3 through 11, 13 and 14 at this
time.
Representative Chenault offered a motion to adopt the Senate
version of Items 1, 2, 12, 15, 16, 19 and 20, and the House of
Representatives version of Items 18, 21 and 22.
There was no objection and the indicated amounts were ADOPTED.

Department of Labor and Workforce Development
No action was taken on Items 2, 9 - 18, 20, 21 and 24 at this
time.
Representative Chenault offered a motion to adopt the Senate
version of Items 1, 4, 8, 19 and 22, the House of
Representatives version of Items 6, 7 and 23, the House of
Representatives version of Item 3 less $50,000, and the House of
Representatives version of Item 5 less $50,000.
There was no objection and the indicated amounts were ADOPTED.

Representative Chenault offered a motion to adopt the Senate
version of Items 1, 3, 7 and 8, and the House of Representatives
version of Items 2, 4 through 6 and 9.
There was no objection and the indicated amounts were ADOPTED.
This concluded action on the items subject to conference for the
Department of Law.
