CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hoffman called the Conference Committee meeting on HB
284 and HB 285 to order at 3:05 p.m.

Vice-chair Thomas MOVED to ADOPT the chair's recommendation
on the following items for the Department of Transportation
and Public Facilities:
Item 1 - Senate; Item 2 - House; Item 3 - Senate plus
$3,900 on General Fund and Senate minus $3,900 on
Vehicle Rental Taxes; Items 4 through 6 - House; Items
7 and 8 - Senate.

There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. The action
closed all conferencable items in the budget for the
Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.

Vice-chair Thomas MOVED to ADOPT the chair's recommendation
on the following items for the Alaska Court System:
Items 1 through 4 - House; Items 5 and 6 - Senate;
Items 7 and 8 - House; Item 9 - Senate; Item 10 -
House.

There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. The action
closed all conferencable items in the budget for the Court
System.
Chair Hoffman relayed that the next meeting would be held
the following day.
