CHAIRMAN PETE KOTT called the House Rules Standing Committee to
order at 5:10 p.m. Members present at the call to order were
Representatives Kott, Vezey, Williams and Elton.
HB 135 - DENTISTS: LICENSING & EXTEND EXAMINING BD
Number 0028
CHAIRMAN KOTT stated that the committee would take up HB 135,
"An Act relating to dental licensing; extending the termination
date of the Board of Dental Examiners; and providing for an
effective date." He stated that there were no testifers present.
He stated that the committee substitute is before the committee and
the only change is that the title is tightened.

REPRESENTATIVE WILLIAMS made a motion to adopt CSHB 135(RLS), 0-
LS05447, Version F, Lauterbach, 4/14/97.
CHAIRMAN KOTT asked if there were any objections, hearing none, it
was so ordered.

reccomendations and zero fiscal note.
CHAIRMAN KOTT asked if there were any objections, hearing none,
