Committee meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. Representatives Tarr,
Birch, Talerico, Westlake, Drummond, Parish, and Josephson, were
present at the call to order.
HB 238-REPEAL ROYALTY RELIEF: SHALE; COOK INLET

HOUSE BILL NO. 238, "An Act relating to the payment of rents and
royalties from oil shale leases; and relating to royalties for
certain areas in the Cook Inlet sedimentary basin."
