CHAIR BOB LYNN called the House Special Committee on Military
and Veterans' Affairs meeting to order at 5:08 p.m.
Representatives Lynn, Masek, Weyhrauch, Dahlstrom, and Gruenberg
were present at the call to order. Representative Fate arrived
shortly thereafter.
HCR 2-EXTEND ALASKA RAILROAD TO FT. GREELY
CHAIR LYNN announced that the committee would consider HOUSE
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2, Relating to the extension of the
Alaska Railroad to Fort Greely to serve the anti-ballistic
missile launch facility.

REPRESENTATIVE GRUENBERG moved [to rescind the committee's
action on 1/28/03 in failing to move HCR 2, as amended, out of
committee].
CHAIR LYNN announced that without objection, it was so ordered.
