meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. Representatives Eischeid, Vance,
Underwood, and Gray were present at the call to order.
Representative Costello arrived as the meeting was in progress.
HB 77-MAIL THEFT

CHAIR GRAY announced that the first order of business would be
HOUSE BILL NO. 77, "An Act making the theft of mail or an
article within mail theft in the second degree."

REPRESENTATIVE EISCHEID moved to report HB 77 out of committee
with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal
notes. There being no objection, HB 77 was reported from the
House Judiciary Standing Committee.
