SB 36 EXTEND BOARD OF NURSING
CSSB 36(FIN) was REPORTED out of committee with a
"do pass" recommendation and with one new fiscal
impact note by the Department of Commerce,
Community and Economic Development.
SB 37 RENEWAL OF VACCINE ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
CSSB 37(FIN) was REPORTED out of committee with a
"do pass" recommendation and with three
previously published fiscal impact notes:
FN2(SFIN/DHS), FN3(SFIN/Fund Cap), and
FN4(SFIN/Fund Transfer).
Co-Chair Wilson reviewed the agenda for the morning.
SENATE BILL NO. 36
"An Act extending the termination date of the Board of
Nursing; and providing for an effective date."

Co-Chair Wilson relayed that public testimony had been
heard and the fiscal notes had been discussed. She wondered
if the committee had any further questions or comments on
the bill.
Vice-Chair Johnston MOVED to report CSSB 36(FIN) out of
Committee with individual recommendations and the
accompanying fiscal note.
There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
