Vice-Chair  Neuman MOVED  to  ADOPT  the proposed  committee                                                                    
substitute  for  CSSB  119  (FIN),  Work  Draft  28-GS2672\H                                                                    
(Martin,  4/19/14).  There being  NO  OBJECTION,  it was  so                                                                    
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Austerman  asked if staff  would detail the  CS and                                                                    
its content and changes.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Stoltze  agreed and noted that  the committee would                                                                    
recess  until 9:00am  the following  (Easter) morning,  when                                                                    
the  CS   would  be  discussed   in  detail.   He  requested                                                                    
submission  of  committee  member  amendments  before  floor                                                                    
session at 3:00pm on 4/20/14.
