PRESIDENT, She commented on the "shrinking" that
SAFE, has occurred with the SAFE budget over
DILLINGHAM the years. Funding has been flat over
the past five years.

SAFE, the youth of Dillingham. He urged
DILLINGHAM greater funding for drug and alcohol
abuse programs. He stressed the need
for more programs for the youth. He
added that there needs to be parenting
classes and mentioned that Dillingham
should be reclassified as a second-
class city.

BBAGC-MH, 2.2 million and mental health services.

gooey duck fishery and those fee
structures.
