  WORK SESSION:                                                                
                                                                               
  HB 370    "An Act  making appropriations  for the  operating                 
            and loan  program expenses of state government and                 
            to  capitalize   funds;  and   providing  for   an                 
            effective date."                                                   
                                                                               
            A teleconference  work session  was held  to allow                 
            testimony regarding  the:   Effects of  Governor's                 
            Proposed 50  Percent Cuts in  Municipal Assistance                 
            and Revenue Sharing.  HB 370 was HELD in Committee
