SENATE BILL 19
"An Act relating to the crime of conspiracy."
Representative Brown distributed Amendment #3, #8-LS0246\K.8
dated 1/20/94. The amendment would propose a new Subsection
E which would provide a safeguard to protect those who were
merely present at the scene of a crime.
Representative Hanley thought the proposed amendment would
negate the previously defeated Amendment #2. Discussion
followed amongst the Committee members. and further
clarification was requested from the Department of Law.
SB 19 was HELD in Committee for further discussion.
