CALL TO ORDER
Co-Chair Gary Wilken convened the meeting at approximately
4:09:24 PM.

HB 366-APPROP: MENTAL HEALTH BUDGET
The Committee reached agreements on items subject to conference
for the Department of Public Safety and the Department of
Transportation and Public Facilities. The bill was held in
Committee.

No action was taken on Items 6 through 12 at this time.
Representative Chenault offered a motion to adopt the Senate
version of Items 2 through 5, and the House of Representatives
version of Item 1, 13 and 14.
There was no objection and the indicated amounts were ADOPTED.

Department of Transportation and Public Facilities
No action was taken on Items 15, 19, and 31 through 38.
Representative Chenault offered a motion to adopt the Senate
version of Items 1, 3 through 5, 10, 11, 14, 18, 23, 26, 27, 30
and 40; the House of Representatives version of Items 2, 6, 7,
16, 28 and 29; the House of Representatives version less $50,300
of Item 8; the Senate version less $59,300 of Item 9, the Senate
version less $17,500 of Item 12; the Senate version less
$150,000 of Item 13; the Senate version less $45,000 of Item 17;
the Senate version less $50,000 of Item 20; and the Senate
version less $45,000 of Item 24.

Representative Meyer requested Item 8 be held open.
Representative Chenault offered a motion to amend his amendment
to leave Item 8 open.
There was no objection and Item 8 was held open.
There was no objection and the remaining indicated amounts were
ADOPTED.
