CHAIR KITO  announced that  the next order  of business  would be                                                               
SENATE   BILL  NO.   165,  "An   Act  relating   to  the   Alaska                                                               
comprehensive  health  insurance  fund;   and  providing  for  an

CHAIR KITO stated  that public testimony was still  open from the                                                               
previous hearing.   Upon ascertaining  that no one  was available
