               SB   4-VICTIMS' RIGHTS/PRISONER'S PFD                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN HALFORD called the Conference Committee on SB 4 to order                                                               
at 3:30 p.m.  Present were Senators Donley, Lincoln, Halford and                                                                
Representatives Green and Murkowski.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR DONLEY  moved that the Conference Committee  request limited                                                            
powers of free conference  to deal with the sunset provision and the                                                            
location of the agency  within state government.  Without objection,                                                            
the motion carried.                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
With no further business to come before the committee, CHAIRMAN                                                                 
HALFORD adjourned the meeting at 3:32 p.m.
