       CSHB 481(STA) - PERMANENT FUND DIVIDENDS FOR ESTATES                    
                                                                               
CHAIRMAN GREEN brought CSHB 481(STA) before the committee as the               
first order of business.  There being no testimony or questions on             
the legislation, CHAIRMAN GREEN requested a motion to move the bill            
out of committee.                                                              
                                                                               
SENATOR MACKIE moved that CSHB 481(STA) be passed out of committee             
with individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so              
ordered.
