          HB 340-KETCHIKAN INDIAN CORPORATION AS A RHA                                                                          
SENATOR ELLIS asked why the Ketchikan Indian Corporation excluded                                                               
Saxman.                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
MR. PETER ECKLAND, Legislative Staff for Representative Bill                                                                    
Williams, stated Saxman has it's own IRA council and it does not                                                                
want to be included.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of HB 340 with individual                                                                      
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes to be calendared at                                                               
the Chairman's discretion.  Without objection, the motion carried.
