DANIEL   GEORGE,   STAFF,   REPRESENTATIVE   BILL   STOLTZE,                                                                    
explained the  new zero  fiscal impact  note from  the House                                                                    
Finance  Committee. He  explained that  the new  fiscal note                                                                    
reflected zero  operating, no change  in revenue  noted, and                                                                    
zero  fund  source  changes.  The   new  note  replaced  the
