Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee                                                                 
amounts for the Department of Fish and Game (see motion sheets).                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Chair Mulder pointed out that $10 thousand dollars would go to                                                                  
the advisory boards for game in item 2.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Donley noted that item 3 provides funding for the Kenai                                                                 
River biologist to replace Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Settlement                                                                    
funds that are no longer available.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Donley explained that item 4 changes the fund source from                                                               
interagency receipt types. Item 5 authorized additional funding                                                                 
for oil and gas permitting expenses.
