Vice-Chair Hawker MOVED to ADOPT the chairman's
recommendation on the following Items for Mental Health
Capital Budget:

House.
There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
Vice-Chair Hawker clarified that the motion for Item 5 in
the Department of Environmental Conservation was Senate
with the following language edit, delete "through an
increase surcharge rate and or a surcharge for non-taxable
barrels of oil transported in the state." Chairman Hoffman
agreed with the technical correction.
Chairman Hoffman addressed Item C-7 in Courts.
Vice Chair Hawker MOVED to ADOPT the Courts Line Item 7 -
House, removing the OTI classification.
