Senator Wielechowski queried the major differences between
the House and Senate versions.
Mr. Ecklund replied that there were many changes in the

of school bond debt reimbursement, and the CS funded 100
percent. The House had $70 million of AIDEA receipts
funding for tax credits, and there were none in the current
CS. He remarked that was a plan in development to bond for
tax credits.
Co-Chair Stedman furthered that there may be a comparison
at a later date.
Senator Olson queried the bottom line for the Washington,
Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho (WWAMI) students.
Mr. Ecklund replied that he believed it was fully funded.

matched.
