The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                         
NO. 85 "An Act relating to record checks for certain employees of the                                                           
Department of Revenue; relating to permanent fund dividends; and                                                                
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 85(L&C) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to national criminal history record checks for                                                               
          certain employees of the Department of Revenue;                                                                       
          relating to permanent fund dividends; and providing
