The Speaker removed the House Special Committee on Military &                                                                   
Veterans' Affairs referral and added a Finance Committee referral for                                                           
the following:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 149                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the licensure of nursing professionals; relating                                                        
    to a multistate nurse licensure compact; and providing for an                                                               
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 149 is in the Labor & Commerce Committee with further referral                                                               
to the Finance Committee.
