The Speaker reversed the committee referrals for the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 149                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the licensure of nursing professionals; relating                                                        
    to a multistate nurse licensure compact; and providing for an                                                               
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 149 was referred to the Labor & Commerce Committee with                                                                      
further referral to the House Special Committee on Military &                                                                   
Veterans' Affairs.
