The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 125 "An Act                                                                    
relating to subsidiary corporations of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                               
Corporation; and establishing the Alaska energy independence fund"                                                              
and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 125(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to commercial fishing loans; relating to                                                                     
          subsidiary corporations of the Alaska Housing                                                                         
          Finance Corporation; and providing for an effective
