Full Journal pdf2024-04-26 House Journal Page 2462 HB 395 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 395 "An Act approving the transfer of land owned by the Alaska Railroad Corporation to the City of Nenana; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page TRA RPT 3DP 2NR 2367 FN1: ZERO(CED) 2367 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, lines 11 - 13: Delete ". The Alaska Railroad Corporation and the City of Nenana shall make and execute an agreement to conduct any necessary surveying and platting actions" Insert "that results from surveying and platting actions conducted by agreement between the Alaska Railroad Corporation and the City of Nenana" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative McCabe objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 395 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. HB 395 will advance to third reading on the April 29 calendar.
