          Resources; relating to carbon dioxide pipelines;                                                                      
          relating to state loans for oil and gas development

          Authority; requiring the Alaska Industrial                                                                            
          Development and Export Authority to make certain                                                                      
          reports to the legislature; relating to the duties of the
