SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15 Recognizing and honoring                                                                         
the relationship between Canada and the state; and recognizing the                                                              
importance of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, was read                                                               
the second time.                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15
