Senator Hughes gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE                                                                         
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6 and moved and asked                                                                                 
unanimous consent it be taken up. Without objection, it was so ordered                                                          
and the resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                       
RESOLUTION NO. 6 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                                                  
Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill                                                            
No. 36, relating to an application for a license to operate as a dealer in                                                      
motor vehicles; and requiring a dealer in motor vehicles to maintain                                                            
liability and property insurance, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
