The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 85 "An                                                                       
Act relating to forest land use plans; relating to forest land use plan                                                         
appeals; relating to negotiated timber sales; and providing for an                                                              
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 85(RES) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to forest land use plans; relating to forest                                                                 
          land use plan appeals; relating to negotiated timber                                                                  
          sales; relating to disposal procedures for selling
