The Health and Social Services Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 65 "An Act relating to immunity for consulting physicians,                                                                  
podiatrists, osteopaths, advanced practice registered nurses, physician                                                         
assistants, dentists, optometrists, and pharmacists" and recommended                                                            
it be replaced with                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 65(HSS) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to immunity for consulting physicians,                                                                       
          podiatrists, osteopaths, advanced practice registered
