Full Journal pdf2021-06-16 Senate Journal Page 1291 HB 71 The following report was received and distributed at 7:56 a.m., June 14, 2021: June 13, 2021 Mr. President: Madam Speaker: The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considered SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71(FIN) and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71(FIN) am and recommends CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; making capital appropriations and supplemental appropriations; and providing for an effective date." be adopted. A fiscal note packet was attached. Signing the report: Senator Stedman, Chair, Senators Bishop, Olson; Representative Foster, Chair, Representatives Merrick, LeBon. 2021-06-16 Senate Journal Page 1292 Senator Hughes moved the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 71 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Committee Report? Effective Date(s) YEAS: 17 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Costello, Gray-Jackson, Hoffman, Holland, Hughes, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Micciche, Myers, Reinbold, Revak, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wilson Excused: Olson, Shower, Wielechowski and so, the report was adopted, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; making capital appropriations and supplemental appropriations; and providing for an effective date." Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
