Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 182 was read the third time. Senator Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Wilson was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 182 "An Act extending the fishery resource landing tax credit for certain taxpayers that harvest fishery resources under the provisions of a community development quota; providing for an effective date by amending the effective date of secs. 16 and 23, ch. 61, SLA 2014; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
