Senator Reinbold appealed the ruling of the chair. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent HOUSE BILL NO. 117 be moved to the bottom of today's calendar. Objections were heard. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the following amendment to Amendment No. 1: "Sec. 2 is amended to add a new section to read: A business, state agency, or political subdivision may not discriminate against a person because of their sexual orientation."
