Senators Shower, Costello, Hughes, Micciche offered Amendment No. 39 : Page 122, lines 2 - 5: Delete all material and insert: "(d) The sum of $1,534,648,008 is appropriated from the Alaska Housing Capital Corporation account to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)). It is the intent of the legislature that this appropriation fund the annual permanent fund dividend for state residents for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, at a level equal to 50 percent of the maximum statutory percent of market value draw from the permanent fund under AS 37.13.140(b)."
