Senator Wielechowski moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 14.                                                                
Senator Reinbold objected then withdrew her objection. There being                                                              
no further objection, Amendment No. 14 was adopted.

     Insert a new bill section to read:                                                                                         
"* Sec. 50. FEDERAL PANDEMIC UNEMPLOYMENT                                                                                     
BENEFITS. Federal receipts received for the $300 a week                                                                         
supplemental federal pandemic unemployment benefits program as a                                                                
result of sec. 9013, P.L. 117-2 (Subtitle A—Crisis Support For                                                                  
Unemployed Workers, American Rescue Plan Act of 2021), during the                                                               
fiscal years ending June 30, 2021, and June 30, 2022, are appropriated                                                          
to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development,                                                                           
unemployment insurance allocation, for unemployment insurance                                                                   
benefit payments and associated administrative costs for the fiscal                                                             
years ending June 30, 2021, and June 30, 2022. It is the intent of the                                                          
legislature that the governor accept the federal receipts received for the                                                      
$300 a week supplemental federal pandemic unemployment benefits                                                                 
program as a result of sec. 9013, P.L. 117-2 (Subtitle A—Crisis                                                                 
Support For Unemployed Workers, American Rescue Plan Act of                                                                     
2021) and continue the state's participation in the program through                                                             
September 4, 2021."
