"It is the intent of the legislature that the Department of                                                                     
Administration provide to the Legislative Finance Division and the                                                              
Co-Chairs of the Finance Committees, not later than December 1,                                                                 
2021, a plan to acquire the equipment necessary to produce an Alaska                                                            
driver's license that does not require sending the personal information                                                         
of Alaska residents to a foreign-owned corporation or foreign

von Imhof objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no                                                                 
further objection, Amendment No. 5 was adopted.
