Senator Holland, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1062. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 109(JUD) was adopted. Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Wielechowski was required to vote.
