Representative Tilton brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                                                 
SCR 2 (fld H) (page 389).

    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                                                          
    Proposing amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                               
    Legislature providing that the 2020 edition of "Mason's Manual of                                                           
    Legislative Procedure" shall implement the rules; and providing                                                             
    for an effective date for the amendments.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall SCR 2 pass the House?"  The
