von Imhof, Stevens, Shower, Stedman, Bishop, and Micciche, entitled:                                                            
                                                                                                                                
     "An Act relating to veterans' benefits services and veterans'                                                              
     benefits appeal services."                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
was read the first time and referred to the House Special Committee on                                                          
Military & Veterans' Affairs and the Labor & Commerce Committee.
