The Speaker reversed the committee referrals for the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                                                                
    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                             
    relating to the duration of regular sessions of the legislature.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HJR 2 was referred to the Judiciary Committee with further referral to                                                          
the State Affairs and Finance Committees.
