Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 14                                                               
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on                                                               
final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
HJR 14 was read the third time.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Schrage rose to a point of order regarding confining                                                             
remarks to the resolution before the body.
