Senator Sullivan was escorted to the rostrum and welcomed by

A question and answer period followed the conclusion of the Senator's

Senator Sullivan received a standing ovation and was escorted from                                                              
the Chamber by Representative Wool and Senator Revak.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent that the joint                                                                 
session adjourn.  There being no objection, President Micciche
