The Speaker reversed the committee referrals for the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 82                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to surface use restrictions for oil and gas leases;

     energy grant fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
HB 82 was referred to the House Special Committee on Fisheries with                                                             
further referral to the Resources Committee.
